About Joe

 

Meet Joe Borgardt—someone who's faced rock bottom more than once and found a way forward.

Joe didn’t start out on the right path. Raised as an Army brat by a Korean mother and military father, he moved frequently and got lost early in life. Surrounded by bad choices, addiction, and self-doubt, he nearly gave in to the chaos. But he fought his way back.

After serving 20 years in the Marine Corps, Joe emerged with a powerful truth: Your past doesn’t define you—your mindset does.

Today, Joe helps others rise through life’s toughest transitions—whether it’s a veteran stepping out of the military or a professional navigating change. 

He also trains youth athletes across Oahu, instilling strength, discipline, and belief. His training isn’t just about building bodies—it’s about developing confidence, resilience, and leadership that carries beyond the field.

Because no matter where you’re at, there’s more in you—and Joe wants to help you find it.
