Why This Program Exists: 

Whether your child plays football, basketball, volleyball, wrestles, or rolls jiu-jitsu, one truth stands:
raw talent isn't enough. Champions are built through consistent,
focused training that strengthens the body and mind.

We provide in-person, outdoor strength & conditioning classes across Oahu to
level up youth athletes—not just keep them busy.

Every 45-minute session is led by a retired Marine Corps officer and proud father of 4 multi-sport kids.
We’ve lived it, we train it, and we know how to elevate your child’s potential.

We don’t just build muscle—we build grit, character, and winning confidence.
